We are all on a journey. Personally and professionally. And we need other people, impulses, time to reflect, change of scenery, to continue evolving and unfolding. My passion is about vertical development: Enlarging the vessel instead of filling more and more into the existing vessel. Or, in other terms: it is about adaptive, not technical learning and change.
