Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.

Life is about motion and development. And at the same time, change is not always easy for us humans. We have choices about how we behave in or towards situations. We decide from moment to moment – sometimes consciously, much more often unconsciously. We influence our environment, and our environment influences our inner states.

Under favorable conditions, this interplay feels harmonious. But this is not always the case. Situations or relationships put a strain on us. Sometimes we get stuck in our own thought spirals or feelings. In an encounter with an unintentional counterpart, our experience can start to move again.

I work with Executives and with people at different stages of their lives who are curious about themselves.

I support my clients in exploring and claiming their choices. This starts with perceiving and accepting what is – so that change can happen. Our backgrounds and experiences as well as our cognitive skills, insights and solutions all serve us well – in many situations. And not at all in others. Most of the time, when the going gets tough, it is not about finding the smarter answer or the better framework. It is about us. Who we are, what shaped us, what we dream of, what triggers us. How we are present with one another. And how we limit ourselves.

How do we stick to behavioural and relational patterns – even if they do not serve us any more?
How do we let go of what holds us back? How do we go through transitions – between roles, identities, in life?

It is these kinds of questions which I am exploring with my clients. Unintentional. Starting with what is on your mind. Figuring out what becomes possible in that kind of relationship, suspending judgment and agenda. The journey will evolve.
